Moreover, you must provide a link to Sionvalais.com with the text "Snowcams provided by Sionvalais.com" or "Powered by Sionvalais.com" in the context of the displayed snowcams.

Warranty
The Sionvalais snowcam response format is provided "as is", and the use of it is at your own risk. Sionvalais does not guarantee a 100% availability of the Sionvalais snowcam response format.

Restrictions
You shall use the Sionvalais snowcam response format in a responsible way. You will not damage the reputation of Sionvalais or claim a disproportionate part of Sionvalais' hardware resources.
Furthermore Sionvalais does not allow you to combine response formats, rip (spider) it's content, or store the information on any webserver other than Sionvalais.

Termination
Sionvalais may terminate the service at any time, for any reason. Your right to use the Sionvalais snowcam response format ends when you violate the Sionvalais snowcam response format Terms of Use.
